- ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: ( Nhiệm vụ và trách nhiệm công việc)
- Overall manage all social media channels in company such as linked in, facebook, facebook group, fanpage website, tiktok, zalo in headquarter and branches or other social media that might have in the future or assigned time to time by Supervisor and BOM to growth leads, traffic to generate potential customers.
- Work with departments, designers to create social media posts
- Build multiple contents, not limited on article, video on social media to increase the interest from customers to brand and increase the converting rate for sales
- Stay updated on trends, technology, laws, best practices, competitor’s information
- Research, use social channel to hear what people are saying on social media about the brand
- Report on efficiency on each channels to propose ideas and wise investment
- Other tasks when and assigned by Supervisor
- Requirements
- University graduated
- At least 03 years experience of taking care social media channel in e-commerce, fintech, IT, financial organizations
- Understand the operation of social media platform to produce content for each suitable channel
- Understand the trend of social media, innovative, strong at producing visual, design, short video
- Good communication in English is a great asset
