We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team at TrueMoney Vietnam.
The ideal candidate should be able to execute powerful & creative visuals & concepts for our marketing deliverables. You will be responsible for producing content that matches the company's brand, aesthetic, and marketing strategy, including master visuals, website graphics, and promotional artwork. You will also be given the opportunity to liaise with external agencies to provide key insights and ensure that there is brand consistency across all designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the Marketing Manager to create and develop national campaigns from concept to final assets to be used on multiple communication platforms, including but not limited to: Printable materials, Digital materials…
- Ability to interpret a creative brief within brand style guidelines and with the customer/end-user in focus and adapt campaign concepts and roll out all creative elements to that vision
- Retouch visual assets, colour correcting jobs and any ad hoc advertising and digital artwork requirements
- Able to take charge of the Brand Guidelines and maintain high standards across the different assets and channels
- Strong interest in digital trends, creative campaigns and performing promotional communications
- Mood boards for photography and styling ideas
Requirements
- Diploma or higher in Graphic Design or related fields, with at least 3 years of Graphic Designer working experiences, preferably experience in FMCG, banking, financial, distribution
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effect, Adobe Premier, or any other design tools
- Good knowledge of user experience principle
- Proficiency in GIF/ Video Editing and animation are added advantage
- Strong attention to detail, fast learner, and committed to accomplishing goals
- Good at problem-solving, quick to respond, and able to work outside when needs
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, comfortable in a small growing team and have the drive to always think out of the box
- Good English communication is an advantage
